CEO Chartroom is a consolidated overview of the different (and many) obligations a CEO has to make a company successful. Knowing your company's optimal position is only of little value if you cannot drive motivation and results to get there - and vice versa.
In my career, I have worked independently and with hundreds of employees, from smaller responsibilities to those involving billions, from internal communication to Investor Relations in a listed company. It is these experiences, along with the knowledge from various studies, that have led me to conclude that there is a common framework for what you can and should do, regardless of your company's size. And more importantly, it is easy to understand and implement, whether you are in an established organisation or just started your business yesterday.

[Notes til indhold: Why destination matter (train around a mountain, as in employees motiviation - but also something about how to desicion-making is reliant of the knowledge of the destination - how do you plan a course, if you don't know the destination?]
PROPULSION -
AI-noter:
* Propulsion: How I view momentum. To me, this is the energy, culture, and execution power that drives an organization forward.
* Functions: My approach to the machinery. I focus on the systems and processes that make a vision both scalable and resilient.
* Foundation: What I consider the core. The personal integrity and values that I believe everything else must rest upon.
